Brining Kit includes: 1 or 2 lb. bulk package of Original Dry Rub, brine recipe card, 24 in. x 24 in. brining bag. The large kit also includes a jar with a shaker lid for any extra rub.
Small Kit is perfect for one 10-15lb. turkey or two chickens, while the large works great for a 15-20 lb. bird.
